LEVEL 1
Seeking business opportunities
You’re at this level if you’re starting to think about buying a business. The tools will help you to:
- determine what type of acquirer you are,
- identify options for acquisition,
- get ready to buy a business,
- write your business plan,
- etc.
LEVEL 2
Acquisition of
a business

You’re at Level 2 if you’re looking to:
- get ready for a first meeting with your financial institution,
- determine your financial capacity,
- negotiate the purchase of a business,
- etc.
LEVEL 3
Integrating into the business
At Level 3, you’re already the owner of a business (or will be very soon!). You want to:
- carefully prepare your integration,
- prepare a transition plan,
- demystify accounting,
- get fully prepared to manage risks.

Helen Walker
Veterinary Radiologist
Helen has worked within the field of radiology for many years.She has also worked in teaching positions for over a decade. After completing her Masters degree and residency program at the University of Melbourne, she works in private referral practice as a Diagnostic Imaging specialist.

Penelope Goddard
Veterinary Ophthalmologist
Penelope is a specialist veterinary ophthalmologist who enjoys teaching undergraduate students and practitioners about diseases of the eye. She has worked at the University of Pennsylvania's College of Veterinary Medicine since 2008.
